Levent Office Atrium

The existing 1990s office block had deep floor plates and almost no natural light beyond the perimeter offices. We cut a full-height atrium through the centre of the building, replacing three under-used meeting rooms per floor with a shared daylit core.

The renovation was phased across eighteen months while the building stayed partially occupied — every floor’s construction sequence was planned around active tenants.
