Stonework

Taş İşçiliği

Expertly crafted marble products.

Each marble slab differs according to the mineral composition and geological conditions of its deposit. A block’s colour, veining and density are specific to its quarry and the depth from which it was extracted. We choose every block individually, ensuring it matches the approved samples before cutting starts.

Bespoke Brickwork and Design refers to the art and engineering of bricks—produced beyond the scope of standard, mass-manufactured units—that are crafted specifically for a building’s architectural structure, texture, and color, either through manual workmanship or the use of bespoke molds.

Key Elements of Bespoke Brickwork

• Project-Specific Color and Texture: Bricks are produced based on the composition of the clay, specific firing techniques, and the application of custom glazes or unique clay blends.

• Handcrafted Molds and Forms: Bricks cast by hand using traditional wooden molds transcend simple rectangular shapes. This process allows for the creation of complex geometric forms, such as curved arches, columns, cornices, and porticoes.

• Brick Cutting and Shaping (Rubbed Brickwork): A traditional craft dating back to the 15th century, this technique involves refining kiln-fired bricks using specialized saws and chisels to achieve perfect symmetry. This enables the use of extremely fine mortar joints (1–2 mm).

• Historical Restoration and Modern Integration: This approach is utilized both in restoration projects—where the original texture of historical structures (such as those from the Victorian era) is meticulously replicated or matched—and in the creation of contemporary, avant-garde facade designs.

Bespoke stonework combines centuries-old masonry traditions with modern engineering precision to create one-of-a-kind architectural and landscape features. Each piece is developed from detailed shop drawings and material specifications, with stone selection guided by structural requirements, exposure conditions, and the intended finish. CNC machining and skilled hand-finishing translate complex geometries into accurately fitted components while preserving the natural character of the stone. Joint dimensions, anchoring systems, and installation tolerances are coordinated to accommodate construction interfaces and anticipated movement. For exterior applications, drainage, moisture management, and freeze–thaw resistance are assessed to support long-term durability. The completed assembly is inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and alignment with the approved design.

Bespoke marble craftsmanship transforms natural stone into custom architectural features, bespoke furniture, and art pieces. It combines geological selection with high-precision engineering and human artistry.
