Waterfall Marble Kitchen Island

Built for a kitchen where the island does the work of a dining table, a prep counter and a bar. The marble runs unbroken over the countertop and down both waterfall sides; the seating side is faced in wood veneer instead, so four stools can sit close without knees meeting cold stone.

A low-voltage LED strip is recessed into the toe-kick, warm white and shielded so the light line reads as a glow rather than a fixture. Sink and faucet are specified per project; the drawing set below shows the standard 120”×42”×36” configuration.
